empty messages and no mail

     Many of you have seen this same effect.  A directory on the moon had its
permissions horribly mangled by a currently unknown force.  The lists should
now work fine.  If you've sent mail to the list since Tuesday evening, please
resend.
     Sorry for the problems, I'll figure out what caused the problems, and
make sure they don't happen again.
