GRASS 4.0 Programmer's Manual

     An updated _rough draft_ of the GRASS 4.0 Programmer's Manual has been
sent up to the moon.  It is not a final copy, but it has been updated fairly
significantly since the last version.  The manual is in the doc/4.0.progman
directory on the moon, called progman.cpio.Z.  The cpio file contains:

index.ps        : the manual's index
vect.xfig.ps    : a vector diagram
inter.xfig.ps   : interactive/noninteractive command diagram, and
doc.ps          : the manual itself.

     If anyone has any problems with obtaining the updated draft, mail me
