[GRASS5] r.statistics method=sum

Method sum is described in manual, written in source but not used
by module. Any reason for this?

May I add to module methods (very simple). I am not sure what I can do
in CVS now. Is it bug or new feature?

Am I right that we may fix RC bugs only now? Or all bugs?
