Markus,

  There is a constant struggle between software engineers (and other
enlightened users) and the truly lazy and ignorant. So far, the idiots are
winning and overpopulating the world.

  I do not know of a mail list with unsubscribe instructions on the bottom
of each and every posted message that does not receive an unsubscribe
request sent to the list.

  What I do is forward the request back to the sender pointing out the
instructions they didn't bother to read.
