[GRASS5] new grassGUI mailing list

Hi Developers,

as there is request for a GRASS GUI related mailing list,
I have set it up:
http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grassgui.html

The MacOS X/Aqua-developers are interested in this, probably
other ideas will follow. 

Not to overload this grass5 list, I thought it would be the
best to separate the discussion channels. Archive is there.
