This library is *excellent* for manipulating polygons.
If there are any developers on this list who would
like to work on using JTS to manipulate SHP files,
or similar related tasks, I would be glad to join
a project at SourceForge...
This is my first post--I just found MapServer two
weeks ago and I'm astounded by the current power and
future potential of this piece of open source software.
