[GRASS5] error on startup using XFree86

I got the following message when trying using startxgrass.bat

xmodmap:  unable to open file '/etc/X11/Xmodmap.127.0.0.1' for reading
xmodmap:  1 error encountered, aborting.

there is no Xmodmap in /etc/X11/

Any ideas
