[SQLGRASS] About the ODBC and GRASS

Dear Sir:
   I recently installed the GRASS, unixODBC and Oracle odbc driver in RedHat Linux.
I tried successfully with isql to connect DB. But in GRASS,
I tried to connect DB with db.execute command, following message is
 display: "DBMSCAP not set". Could anyone tell me where I did'nt install properly? And, Is there anyplace I can find the papers or
informations about the "ODBC and GRASS"?
By the way, when I want to execute "isql", I have to "cd /etc" then
execute it. "[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect" is display if I execute isql in other directory, where I did'nt install properly?
